Success in Network Marketing?

Success in Network Marketing?

09-genesis-sedan-lights-580Can anyone be successful in network marketing?
Unlike some professions like doctors or artists which requires special talent, but in network marketing success is attainable if someone is willing to make personal changes and be willing to be trained. The degree of success is how that person applies what is learned.
In network marketing it is how you attract people to you that makes them want to join you in your business. You need to increase your value, to increase your knowledge, through books, CDs, DVDs, seminars, videos, learn the art of effective communication, emulate the habits of successful people, etc. This is attraction marketing.
Network marketing is not about working harder but it’s about working smarter. To apply all the marketing strategies you have learned from varied sources.

You need to get excited. Choose carefully the right multi level marketing company to join i.e one with the right product, the right timing, and the right compensation plan which will keep you excited about what you are doing. This will keep you motivated to achieve your goals.

Next you’ll need to extensively promote your business, and give people a way, and a reason, to find your website(s). After you have exhausted your existing prospects, like people you know personally, friends, business contacts, etc, how are you going to get more customers? How do you achieve this? As part of your marketing strategy, you need a system to generate the right leads to your website/s. You can have the best product on the Internet and, if you don’t constantly generate enough leads to your website or business, you won’t be generating the sales volume.

Here are some other ways of promoting your business online that will get you closer to success:

Your lead generating system should be programmed with an autoresponder-driven opt-in e-mail service;
writing related articles on online marketing,direct marketing, attraction marketing and using social bookmarking to distribute them on the Internet;
creating promotional videos and placing them on your website, YouTube, Meta Cafe,etc;
Get a Twitter account and link all your sites; do a weekly podcast;
Create and maintain a Squidoo lens about topics concerning or related to your business;
Participation in forums will get traffic from people who are in your target market; monthly Webinars will also help to enhance sales.

Next you need to understand persistence. Not all downlines are the same as not all have the same passion for the business.  Getting downlines is easy compared to having them duplicate what you do. Downlines have to be trained in order to duplicate what you do.
If they are not trained, after a while you will find out that many of your downline people are just users (of the products). They aren’t doing any work to promote the product or the service or the opportunity, at least not in any active, meaningful way. This is where you really have to persevere (don’t give up), as you may be tempted to when you find this out.

You could avoid this situation by properly qualifying people before you sign them up into your business, and not just accepting anyone. Only bring people in who you can see are determined and like-minded. People whom you know can accept your philosophy of work.
Once you have a clearer picture of who you want on your team, focus all of your attention on them. Let the others “wilt” away in their own time. Keep doing what you’re doing to bring in others and know that, at best, only 10 out of every 100 who think they want the opportunity really do. Tend to these few and they will make it all worth your while.

This is where training on how to speak to people and qualify them is so important. Make sure the organisation you join provides excellent training (if possible to have an experienced mentor in the team), and also that the compensation plan can provide you with income from day one, whilst you are working to build your long term residual income.
Make sure your organisation has an exit strategy, whereby you can retire 2 – 5 years down the line on a massive residual income.

After all this you have to be patient. Lack of patience is probably where most Internet network marketing fail. You should not expect to see significant money until after a full year of promoting and building your business. You might need to keep your “day job” during this time, as much as you want to break away from it. Build and promote tirelessly for a year before you begin expecting to see the big bucks.

Successful Network Marketing requires these factors in place bundledwith perseverance and persistence.
